Claremont will be hosting our 6th Annual Spartan Scrum Fest rugby tournament next week (April 10-12). This is the largest exhibition high school rugby tournament in western Canada with 30 teams playing this year. Again this year we are also hosting a Middle & Elementary School Clinic/Jamboree for all SD#63 schools on Thursday morning. We are expecting around 100 participants for what we are calling "Rugby Day in Saanich". In total this translates into roughly 1200 (players, coaches, parents, etc) who will be visiting our school next week. We, as a school community are extremely excited about this event and would encourage you to come out and cheer on the players!
