Battery Recycling Campaign
Claremont collected 3508 batteries for our recycling campaign throughout May.  With this number, Claremont's batteries made 22,522 zinc tablets! That is absolutely incredible. Thank you for helping to combat the worldwide problem of zinc deficiency and saving lives.  The number of Claremont batteries has been entered in the Zinc Saves Lives website, and the batteries have been dropped off at the Glanford Bottle Depot in Claremont's honour.  Thanks so much for collected so much - it's truly amazing.

Dry Grad
Graduation is fast approaching and the parents involved in the Dry Grad Committee are working hard to make the night a success.  We’d like to take this opportunity to reach out and ask for parent help and support.  If you haven’t already done so we encourage you to click on our volunteer sign-up link; you will see time slots for all kinds of jobs – consider coming as a team; dad can help set up while mom helps decorate!  We encourage all parents, guardians and extended family members to help out wherever possible.

As a fund-raising initiative, we have Thrifty Food cards; which are available at the school office.  If you own or operate a business or know of someone who would like to make a corporate donation of either products or services, please contact us - we welcome and appreciate your generosity.  If you would like to make a cash donation, please note that 100% of all donations will be applied to prizes for the grads.  Cheques may be made payable to ‘Claremont Grad All Nite’ and left at the school office.
