Early Closure Today

To prepare for tonight's Open House, classes will end at 2:28 today.  Classes will be shortened accordingly. School busses will be running at their usual times.

Year-Long Drama
The play, “Up The Down Staircase,” opens TONIGHT at 8:00 in the Ridge Theatre, following our Open House  The show continues to run Feb, 10, 11, and 15-18 at 7:30 pm each night.  This play is both funny and insightful; it tells the tale of a new teacher coming into an inner-city school in 1959, where she is full of hope and the desire to make things better, but finds that making change is never easy. Tickets are $7.50 at the door (no pre-sales).

Handbags for Hope

The Key Club are collecting gently used handbags, scarves or jewelry for raising funds for Neuroblastoma Pediatric Cancer Research.  Neuroblastoma is the most common cancer in children under the age of 1. The table will be in the main hallway at lunch every day this week!

Valentines Day- Dating Game

Student Government has some fun planned for Valentine's Day. There will be a Dating Game held in the theatre on Valentine's Day (Tuesday, February 14th). Be sure not to miss it! 

Valentines Day Carnations
Student Government will be selling carnations at lunch, starting TODAY.  Prices are as follows: $2 for 1, $5 for 3.


For all players interested in trying out for the Badminton team: there will be a meeting TODAY at lunch in room 136.  Please see Ms. Pang if you cannot attend.

Due to the challenges of this week with snow closures and the impact on classes, Pizza Lunch has again been re-scheduled to TUESDAY Feb 14th in the big gym. Come and meet our new International students.
