The Victoria Royals are looking for enthusiastic part-time, seasonal retail staff to work at their merchandise/ticketing kiosk at Hillside Mall this winter.

Responsibilities include:
Greeting customers and ascertaining customer needs;
Selling Royals tickets & vouchers;
Answering basic questions about the Victoria Royals as well as questions regarding the kiosk and its products;
Stocking product as needed;
Processing cash, debit/credit card payments through a point of sales system.

Successful applicants will possess:
Customer service and sales experience
Good verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and with others
Passion for retail sales and sports
Point of sales system and cash handling experience
Flexible work hours

Applicants should be available to work mostly evenings and weekends. This position will last approximately 6 weeks (from mid-November through the end of December).
