GRAD 2022

Extra Grad Ceremony Tickets

We have been receiving questions about how grads can receive extra tickets for the graduation ceremony. We understand that many grads hope to include other family members in the audience for this special event. This is the current status of tickets:

Once we know for certain how many students are attending the grad ceremony and they have all had a chance to receive their first two tickets, we will know how many tickets are still available.  Once we know the available number, we will put together a plan to make them available in the fairest way for families.  We anticipate that we will announce this information and the process to get more tickets through the Grad Page and the Daily Chronicle around the end of May; please note that this information will come from Claremont staff, not from UVic.  Extra tickets will be at a cost of $10 per ticket. A wait list will not be taken.

Also good to know is that the ceremony will be live-streamed for relatives far and wide to view; as well, there will be tv monitors in the UVic Centre foyer if people wish to be close by the activities.

Grad 2022 Fundraiser - Silent Auction

The grad committee is actively seeking silent auction donations for their upcoming online auction in May. If you have a donation you would like to contribute (monetary, service item, gift certificate etc) we would love to include it in our auction. Money raised will go towards offsetting graduation celebration costs for this year's graduates.  Thank you in advance for your support!  For questions, please email drestell@gmail.com or christylmann@hotmail.com
