Presentation is FRIDAY, May 13 at lunch time (11:45-12:30) in room 215.  If students are not able to attend the in-person session on May 13, they can register for one of the virtual options. There may be a few students who are still awaiting a decision. They are welcome to attend as well. See Mrs Watson in room 222 with any questions.

Extra Grad Ceremony Tickets

We have been receiving questions about how grads can receive extra tickets for the graduation ceremony. We understand that many grads hope to include other family members in the audience for this special event. This is the current status of tickets:

Once we know for certain how many students are attending the grad ceremony and they have all had a chance to receive their first two tickets, we will know how many tickets are still available.  Once we know the available number, we will put together a plan to make them available in the fairest way for families.  We anticipate that we will announce this information and the process to get more tickets through the Grad Page and the Daily Chronicle around the end of May; please note that this information will come from Claremont staff, not from UVic.  Extra tickets will be at a cost of $10 per ticket. A wait list will not be taken.

Also good to know is that the ceremony will be live-streamed for relatives far and wide to view; as well, there will be tv monitors in the UVic Centre foyer if people wish to be close by the activities.
