Lost item
Last week, a white IPhone 5 with a grey Otterbox case was lost in the school.  If you have found this IPhone, please help out your fellow student and bring it to the office.

Camosun College – Business Program
Are you interested in the Business Program at Camosun College?  There will be a Business Information Session night on THURSDAY Nov 21 at 5:30pm at Camosun. Typhoon Haiyan Relief
Keep it coming, Claremont!  We've got until Friday to donate for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Drop-off table will be set up at lunch next to the big gym!  Thank you in advance!!!

Community Survey Project
Youth for Change and Inclusion (YCI) has created a survey for anyone in the school--
students, staff and visitors -- to take part in.  We are asking people to complete the statement, "If you really knew me, you'd know..."   In 2 weeks we will put your answers together to create a Claremont community response that will be posted for everyone to read.   Please make your responses anonymous.  We want your thoughts: we don't need your name.  The survey boxes are located in the Learning Commons, at the main doors to the school, in the theatre, and at the end of the horseshoe near the band room. Thank you for participating!!

Friday Night Lights
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to Friday Night Lights at UVic last Friday. Despite the weather, is was an impressive success. The lacrosse team handily defeated Mercer Island from Seattle and our school generated $1100 for Kid Sport.
Big thanks to the Student Government and Athletic Leadership class for organizing the event, the dancers who performed at half time and the staff chaperones. Special thanks to Bronwyn, Quinn, Margret and Nav for their leadership.

Pajama Day
This FRIDAY is Pajama Day! Show your School spirit by wearing your favourite PJ's, onesie and slippers to school on Friday.

ATHLETICS

Strength and Conditioning
For Strength and Conditioning Students:  The meeting at lunch planned for today is now postponed until TUESDAY at lunch in the main gym - everyone must attend for the 15 minute meeting.

Basketball Intramurals
There is a mandatory 3v3 basketball intramural captains meeting TODAY in the big gym at lunch.  Only teams represented at the meeting will be allowed to play in the intramural.

Junior Boys "A" Basketball
Junior Boys "A" Basketball team:  you have a meeting after school TODAY in room 310. Please see Mr. Dunlop if you cannot make it.

Girls Junior Basketball
The first tryouts & practices for Girls Junior Basketball are this week:  Tuesday and Thursday after school.  Please see Mr. Reisig if you can't attend.

Any students interested in going to Parkland on Monday, November 25th in the morning to meet with representatives from UVic, Simon Fraser, Royal Military College, VIU, Royal Roads, Thompson Rivers, Camosun College and Quest: please sign up in the Career Centre as soon as possible.

Vancouver Trip-International Students
For all International students going to Vancouver this Thursday: There will be an important meeting on TUESDAY at the start of lunch. Please meet in the ESL room.  You must find a ride to the ferry no later than 6:30am.
