GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Lost
A student has lost a Louis Vuitton ponytail hair elastic;  it is black with rhinestones.  If you have found this, please help out your fellow student and return it to the office.

Course Selection Forms
Reminder for all students:  The deadline for returning course selection forms is this FRIDAY.  They can be returned to the office or the career centre.

Fine Arts Night
FOFA students present Fine Arts Night TONIGHT at 7pm. Come out and see what FOFA students have been up to this year! Presentations from music, dance, drama and film and television will be included in the evening. Tickets are $5 at the door.

TC 10K Team
Attention staff and students. Claremont has a team entered in the TC 10K and it's not too late for you to join. The race takes place on Sunday April 26th and no experience is necessary. Go to tc10k.ca and be sure to select 'Claremont Spartans' from the drop down menu. See Mr. Nelson for more info.

Track & Field
There is an important Track & Field meeting on FRIDAY at the start of lunch in room 137.
New joiners are welcome and please make sure you receive a player package from Ms. Giese before you leave for Spring Break to qualify for competing in our first Meet on Wednesday after Spring Break. We will practice this FRIDAY after school as well.

Girls!! Engineering Explorations 10
Attention Grade 10 girls...UBC is hosting Engineering Explorations 10 on Saturday, March 28th from 9:00am - 3:30pm. Find out more about this expanding field, tour engineering labs, participate in activities and meet with current engineering students and professors. This is a FREE event and lunch and snacks are provided, but you must register by March 23rd at www.engineering.ubc.ca/events  This is an incredible opportunity you don't want to miss!

BC Cancer Agency Internship Opportunity
Are you currently in Grade 11 and interested in cancer research?  If you excel in science and have a passion for this field, then consider applying for an 8-week research internship this Summer with the the BC Cancer Agency. Two students will be selected from Claremont to apply and 4 students from Vancouver Island will be selected to participate in this incredible opportunity! The deadline is March 9th!
