GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Cops 4 Cancer Fundraising
Our first House competition continues this week in Block 4 classes. Please donate $4 in support of Cops 4 Cancer. Fundraising will end on October 1, which is our first SPARTAN DAY!  Wear your House Colours, bracelets, and join in on the Spirit events.

50/50 Tickets!
Want to donate to Cops 4 Cancer AND possibly win a Claremont card loaded with money to spend at the cafeteria or Spartan Store?  You should purchase some 50/50 tickets!  Ms. Paas's Biology 12 class will be selling tickets during the lunch hour in the halls and in room 200.  Tickets are $1 each or 3 for $2.  P.S: Cancer sux.

Student Pick-up & Drop-off
The morning and afternoon pick-up and drop-off of students is becoming problematic for our neighbours.  Please DO NOT use Strangcrest Place (the cul-de-sac across the road from the school) or the bus zone for dropping off or picking up students.  Both of these areas create safety concerns for pedestrians and traffic.  We encourage students to walk a short distance down the road and enjoy a little fresh air.

Claremont Reads!
This is the last chance to enter this month's draw in the Learning Commons!  Answer the question for the month of September:  "What did you read over the summer?" and you could WIN a gift card to Subway!
It pays to read at Claremont.... because Claremont READS!!
