High School Christmas Carol
Want to get into the Christmas spirit and see a school play at the same time?  Come check out the Year-Long Drama production of “High School Christmas Carol” this Dec 2-5 and 9-12 at 7:30pm at the Claremont Ridge Playhouse. This play updates the classic Charles Dickens tale and sets in a high school where a not-so-nice Meredith (think Scrooge in high school) is acting very poorly.  However, given a chance to see what her life is really like (thanks to some visits from very unique 'ghosts') Meredith is able to see what her actions are really doing.
This play is appropriate for all ages.  Tickets are $10 at the door, but if you bring a non-perishable donation to the food bank, $1 per item will be deducted from your ticket to a maximum discount of $5.  All food will be donated to the Mustard Seed Food Bank.  Please come support the Fine Arts at Claremont!

Exchange Opportunity
Best Buddies is looking for caring students with good social skills to participate in an exchange with a Best Buddies group in London Ontario.  Claremont goes to Ontario for a week at the end of April, and Oakridge Secondary joins us here for a week at the end of May.  Lots of fun activities and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with significant handicaps.  Please see Mrs. Stetson as soon as possible in room 216.
