GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Found

A ring has been found in the school. Please come to the office to claim it.

Student Data & Year End Procedure
Good morning.  Due to storage space issues on school computer servers, we are going to have to return to the practice of deleting all data on student home folders at the end of each year.  If students have any data that they want to keep that is currently stored on the school servers, they must copy the files to their own devices by June 29, 2016.  The data will be deleted at that point in time.

“Lose the Shoes” Barefoot Soccer Tournament
Do you enjoy playing or watching soccer? We are hosting a barefoot soccer tournament TODAY after school from 4:00-6:00 and we need teams!  The sign-up list to play is on the theatre door in the PE hallway.  It is only $2 per person to play and we will be selling lots of pizza and pop.  Come out and support the teams!  All proceeds go to “Because I Am A Girl,” which is a global initiative working to end gender inequality and promote girls' rights.

GRAD 2016
Slide Show Photos

Grads: there are still LOTS of childhood photos of you in the office, waiting to be picked up.  Please come to get them so they can be returned to your family's photo albums.

Dry Grad
Graduation is fast approaching and the parents involved in the Dry Grad Committee are working hard to make the night a success.  We’d like to take this opportunity to reach out and ask for parent help and support.  If you haven’t already done so we encourage you to click on our volunteer sign-up link; you will see time slots for all kinds of jobs – consider coming as a team; dad can help set up while mom helps decorate!  We encourage all parents, guardians and extended family members to help out wherever possible.

As a fund-raising initiative, we have Thrifty Food cards; which are available at the school office.  If you own or operate a business or know of someone who would like to make a corporate donation of either products or services, please contact us - we welcome and appreciate your generosity.  If you would like to make a cash donation, please note that 100% of all donations will be applied to prizes for the grads.  Cheques may be made payable to ‘Claremont Grad All Nite’ and left at the school office.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS
Pizza Lunch

The final pizza lunch of the year for International students is on TUESDAY June 14th in the Learning Commons.  There will be  good-bye gifts for students who are graduating, and for students who are leaving.  Don't miss out!

Check Brenda's board every day for news.
