GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Pursuit of Excellence 9 Meeting
Reminder to Pursuit of Excellence 9 Students: Parent Information Night is this MONDAY Sept. 12 in the Theatre, from 6:30-7:00 pm. Please make every attempt to attend, as we look forward to meeting you and there are important forms to sign. Any questions, please contact Patrice Heppell or Vickie Milne.
Forms
Students have been receiving forms from their home room teachers this week. Please make sure all paperwork is returned to home room by the end of this week.
Cafeteria
There will be pizza TODAY at lunch in the cafeteria.
Music Classes
If you want to be in any music class or have questions, come see Mrs. English as soon as possible in the band and choir rooms.
Voice starts MONDAY at lunch.
Jazz Band starts MONDAY at 7:30 a.m.
Concert Band starts TUESDAY at 7:30 a.m.
If you play piano and want to accompany, please find Mrs. English in the band room.
New York – Spring Break 2017
Students interested in a Spring Break 2017 trip to New York to experience the 'Big Apple' - please come to a meeting TODAY at lunch in the Theatre. See Mr. Plant for details. This trip is open to Claremont students and parents. ALL welcome.

Spartan Athletics are getting underway. The following is a list of the first meetings and tryouts for Fall teams.
Senior Boys Volleyball - practice WEDNESDAY after school and THURSDAY at 5:15 (with Mr Ryan)
Senior Girls Volleyball - practice WEDNESDAY at 5:15 and THURSDAY after school (with Mr Paananen & Ms Tuck)
Junior Boys Volleyball - FRIDAY after school (Johann Cherry & Eric Wallace)
Junior Girls Volleyball - THURSDAY and FRIDAY after school (Ms Tuck & Mr Freeburn)
Cross Country – meeting THURSDAY at lunch in room 137; practice FRIDAY after school (Mr Nelson)
