Today in class, students:
- read for USSR
- were given details about next Friday's Story Unit Test (see below under Assignment Handouts)
- finished taking notes on story terms
- had time for editing their parenting paragraph (using editing checklist provided)
- were given the evaluation rubric that will be used to mark their paragraphs
- completed a trivia sheet on South Africa, in preparation for a new story on Monday
Homework:
On Monday, students will need to hand in a typed, double spaced good draft of their paragraph (attached to their outline, and edited draft). Students can also start studying for next week's test.
