Today in class, students:
- were given back their marked paragraphs
- read for USSR
- discussed their first impressions of the novel
- completed and went over questions on pp.1-14
- were given the hint to use post-it notes to track "lessons learned" by Arnold and from Arnold in the novel, during reading (will help with essay writing at the end of the book)
Homework:
Read pp.15-31 in Absolutely True Diary. Good draft of one creative piece is due FRIDAY.
