MEETING AT LUNCH TODAY

All IGS 12 students: you need to register for the dual credit Geo100 course for second semester.  TODAY at lunch, go to the computer lab in room 225 to register.  Any other students wanting to take this exciting course, see Mr Gardner in room 327 as soon as possible.

A set of keys on a Grad 2017 lanyard has been found.  Please come to the office to claim it.

Friday Night Lights
TONIGHT, Claremont will once again host a Friday Night Lights Field Lacrosse game at UVic on the artificial turf at 7:30pm. This annual tradition will see our Senior Boys lacrosse team take on the Washington state powerhouse Mercer Island.  Claremont, we want you to come down and cheer on our team and raise some money for KidsSport, a charity that allows underprivileged children to participate in organized sports. Tickets are $2 in advance and $5 at the door.  Tickets are on sale at lunch at the Theatre Box Office in the main hall. Come show your spirit!  The Claremont dancers will be there, we'll have a concession and our mascot will be there to raise spirits!  Let's show the team our Spartan Pride and come out to watch!!

CLUBS
Key Club Fundraiser – Rice Bowls

In partnership with Erito Sushi, the Key Club are having a fund-raiser, selling rice bowls!  For $6 you can have your choice of chicken, beef or tofu.  Key Club will be taking pre-orders this TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY at lunch in the lounge.  Bring $6 on those days and sign up to get a rice bowl.  Delivery will be on the following Tuesday, Dec. 6th. Money raised will go to various charities that Key Club supports.

Fundraiser for Sr Boys Volleyball

Colourful Claremont Volleyball Stickers are here and for sale!  The Sr. Boys Volleyball Team is selling these stickers for an affordable $2 to help raise funds to go to BC's.  If you would like to purchase a sticker, see Mr. Ryan at lunch, before or after school in the PE office.

CAREER CENTRE
University Visit

A representative from the University of Toronto will be at Claremont on TUESDAY, Nov. 29th, 8:30 a.m. in the Student Lounge to deliver information about programs and admissions.  Viewbooks are currently available from the Career Centre if you would like to pick one up before Tuesday morning's visit.

Grad Transition
Class of 2017: we have received 31 completed Grad Transitions out of a possible 300+ from you.  Don't forget!  Grad Transition is a GRAD REQUIREMENT and includes: 30-Hour Work/Volunteer Experience, Daily Physical Activity Log and a Grad Interview.  GT tracking forms are available from the Career Centre. Return the completed forms as soon as possible to complete your Grad Transition.

Last Chance to Order – Poinsettias, Wreaths & Planters

The Claremont Dry Grad is selling beautiful holiday poinsettias, wreaths, and table top planters starting at only $15.  Order forms were handed out with report cards, but even better, you can order easily online right now at claremontdrygrad.growingsmilesfundraising.com.  Last day to order is TODAY (if you are paying by cheque/cash), or this SUNDAY (if you are paying on line).
