GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
AMC Math Contest TOMORROW
The AMC10 and AMC12 which was cancelled due to snow last week has been rescheduled for TOMORROW. It will be written in room 303 in block 1.  Students, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your information on the bubble sheet.  There are two spare junior papers and six spare senior papers if there are any students who wish to sign up at the last minute.  See Mr. Skanks.

Year-Long Drama
The play, “Up The Down Staircase,” continues this week,  Feb 15-18 at 7:30 pm each night.  This play is both funny and insightful; it tells the tale of a new teacher coming into an inner-city school in 1959, where she is full of hope and the desire to make things better, but finds that making change is never easy. Tickets are $7.50 at the door (no pre-sales).

CLUBS
Handbags for Hope

The Key Club are collecting gently used handbags, scarves or jewelry for raising funds for Neuroblastoma Pediatric Cancer Research.  Neuroblastoma is the most common cancer in children under the age of 1. The table will be in the main hallway at lunch TODAY and WEDNESDAY!

STUDENT GOVERNMENT
Valentines Day- Dating Game
Come by the theatre TODAY at lunch to enjoy some Valentines Day fun and watch the Dating Game. Be sure not to miss it!

Jr & Sr Girls Soccer – Meeting Today

All girls interested in playing Soccer (Junior and Senior); there will be a meeting TODAY at lunch in room 303.

Attention all girls!  Even if you have only remotely thought about pursuing a career in the trades, you should consider participating in Women in Trades Technology Exploration Day at Camosun, TOMORROW (WEDNESDAY).  There are only 8 spaces available for interested Claremont girls! Bus transportation and lunch will be provided!  Please sign up and pick up a permission form from the Career Centre.
