Volunteers - Cookies

If you volunteered at the grade 8 transition yesterday, and you didn't get your cookie, please come to the office before lunch today to pick up a cookie voucher for the cafeteria.

Student Achievement
Congratulations to our Student President, Fernando Garci-Crespo.  Fernando competed in and won the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs annual speech competition. His speech was on the relevance of the United Nations in today's age.  Well done, Fernando!!

Course Selection Forms for 2017-2018
Please return your completed course selection forms to the office. Deadline is this FRIDAY March 3rd.

Can Drive – PEP 10
The Pursuit of Excellence 10 program is holding a can drive for The Mustard Seed Foundation. Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected all next week: from March 6th-10th.  The donation bin will be in the main hallway, outside of the office. All donations are greatly appreciated.

Washington, DC and New York City 2018
Do you want to go to Washington DC, and New York City next year?  Highlights include visiting the White House, Smithsonian Museums, the Statue of Liberty, a Broadway show, NBC studios, and Times Square.  If this interests you, please come to a meeting on FRIDAY at lunch with Mr Gardner in room 327 for more info on this epic trip.

10 models are needed for the Vintage Wedding Dress Fashion Show - May 28th at the Central Saanich Senior Citizens Association, Brentwood Bay.  This event is a fundraiser.  If you ever wanted to try modelling, this will be a great experience.  Visit the Career Centre for more information.
