Hello Parent/Guardians,
School District 63 is pleased to share information with you regarding an upcoming education evening focused on substance use and youth. "Let's Talk About Drugs" is a parent evening focused on opening conversation about youth substance use. A panel presentation comprised of Island Health, Centre for Addiction Research of B.C., and SD63 counsellors will discuss issues covering current trends, protective factors, and practical resources. In light of much publicity, there is an opportunity to promote informed understanding and rich dialogue.
