Attention Claremont Families,
As we head into the final week of the school year, here are a number of key themes.
- SD63 Email - We are very sorry for the lack of email communication in and out of Claremont. The Saanich School District email system crashed Friday June 16 and is scheduled to be back up sometime Monday June 26. When it is back up and running, please be mindful that any mail sent to Claremont during the down period may not be received. In addition, we may also have lost all the emails sent to Claremont staff prior to June 16. As you can appreciate this is very unfortunate.
- Student time tables - By now all future and current Claremont students would have received a draft timetable for the 2017/18 school year. Given some new challenges faced with building this timetable, our students may not receive these until the summer. A message will be posted on the website once they are available for pick-up.
- Awards Ceremony – Wednesday June 28, Gr. 9/10 at 11:00 to 12:30 then Gr. 11/12 at 1:30 to 3:30. Staff have called home, or are still in the process of calling, parent/guardians of those students receiving awards.
- Report Cards
– Available Friday June 30 from 9:00 – 11:00 am.
