Parents as Career Coaches

In Capilano University’s “Parents as Career Coaches Program”, Marion Haythorne turns uneasy parents into confident guides in just one fun evening class."
Marion Haythorne has been leading these workshops and helping parents help their children make sound educational decisions and career choices. Through a variety of interactive exercises, parents explore their own values, interests and skills. Then, they can go home and do these same exercises with their children, help them discover their values, interests and skills, and match them to potential education and career pathways.
