GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Lost & Found Table
A table of lost & found items has been set up near the office in the horseshoe hallway until the end of today. Please stop by to see if any of the clothing, shoes, water bottles etc belong to you.
Math Contests
TODAY is the last day to sign up for the Euclid, Fryer, Galois and Hypatia math contests. Sign-up sheet is in the math wing outside the teachers' prep room. These contests take place in early April. Anyone planning to attend the University of Waterloo should consider writing the Euclid.
Also, results of the Pascal, Cayley and Fermat contests are now in and posted in the math wing. Seven students scored over 120, which is an amazing score. Well done, Claremont!
Music Concert
Come hear the Greater Victoria Concert Band and the Swiftsure Big Band playing at our Ridge Theatre at 7pm TONIGHT. $10 admission (students are free).
March is RESPECT Month
For the month of March, Claremont staff are going to be looking to "catch students being good". We will be keeping our eyes open for students who exemplify our Core Value of Respect. All students who are nominated will be invited to a special month-end Respect Lunch hosted by Ms. O'Brien and Mr. Hayes. Show us what R-E-S-P-E-C-T means to you!

Talent Show
Student Government is hosting the upcoming Spring Talent Show, to be held in the theatre every lunch period from Monday, April 9 to Thursday, April 19. That's right folks, two whole weeks of talent! The sign up sheet is posted outside the theatre, in the student lounge and in the horseshoe.

If you are interested in trying out for the golf team, please see Mr. Ryan in the PE office TODAY at the beginning of lunch. This is a brief meeting to collect information from potential players.

Volunteer Opportunity
Volunteers are needed for the annual ReMax Easter Egg Hunt at Beaver Lake Park, Saturday March 31st from 8:00am to 1:00pm, to help with Face Painting, Cake Decorating, hiding Easter Eggs and more! Dressing up like a bunny is encouraged! Please sign up in the Career Centre.

The After Grad Planning Committee invites all parent/guardians of the 2018 Grad class to follow the Claremont Dry Grad Facebook page to keep informed on the planning of the All Night Grad at Uvic, Thursday June 28th.
Magic Wand
The Magic Wand is a non-profit organization that offers an eco-friendly and inexpensive alternative to grad outfits for both girls and boys. The Magic Wand is for ANY grad to borrow a dress or tux, rather than buy (a small fee for cleaning is the only charge). All outfits are new or like-new, and all accessories are included. Peninsula Youth Clinic
The Peninsula Youth Clinic is located at Peninsula Medical, 2a-2379 Bevan Avenue, Sidney and is open every THURSDAY from 5:30 - 7:30pm with both a doctor and mental health clinician on hand.
Youth Clinic
The main Victoria Youth Clinic is open to all youth and is located at 818 Douglas Street on the 3rd floor. It is open Monday to Thursday 11-5 and Friday 11-4.
