Year-End Recommendations

As students prepare to finish the school year and remove their personal belongings, please read the following so that your important data will be kept safe.

Each summer, all student data will be deleted from the school’s file server in order to prepare the server for the next school year starting in September:

Graduating students are encouraged to transfer any important documents to an external storage medium such as a flash drive, as their G Suite accounts will be suspended and eventually deleted.

All other students are encouraged to upload any important documents to their SD63 Google. The SD63 Google Drive provides unlimited storage for the entire duration that students are enrolled in SD63 schools.

In the event that you have been using Windows or Mac machines during the year and where you have been storing data locally, please remember to move this data onto your external storage device also.

If you need help or have any questions, you can drop by and see me in Room 224A or send me an email.

Have a great summer!
