Class Rotation Changes TUESDAY Oct. 13
Starting TUESDAY Oct 13th, we move to the ‘second five weeks’ of Quarter 1, with Block 1 occurring every other day on an A/B schedule and Block 2 at full attendance each day. Parents should have received an email from the block 1 teachers, indicating which group students are a part of for Block 1. Some classes with smaller numbers and a larger space to work (where physical distancing is possible) have been approved to continue with all students present and masked.
Mid-Day Busing Starting TUESDAY Oct. 13
As we change to the new class rotation next week, there are new schedules for students riding the school bus mid-day to arrive for afternoon classes. The mid-day schedules are posted outside of the office. Students: PLEASE check the schedule so you are prepared for next week. Parents and students can also check the schedule posted on a billboard on the Claremont website “Mid-Day Bus Schedule.”
Day & Toonies for Terry– FRIDAY Oct. 9
Spartan Days typically happen 3 times a year. The purpose is to celebrate being a Spartan and also to fund-raise or give back to our community in some way. This Spartan Day, we are supporting the Terry Fox Foundation with our “Toonies For Terry” campaign. TOMORROW (FRIDAY) we will ask students and staff to donate toonies in their block 1 classes. We encourage everyone to wear RED to show Spartan Spirit!
Did you know that this year marks the 40 year anniversary of the Terry Fox Run? His dream lives on.
Due to a shortened block schedule TODAY, the Sr. Boys Volleyball "train and play" session will be from 2:30-4pm in the small gym. Please bring your signed participation waiver.
No news today.
