Hello Everyone,

Course selection Info Night:  Due to safety protocol we are unable to host an Open House event to showcase the many course offerings at Claremont.  Instead, we will hold a Microsoft “Live” Course Information Night on Tuesday, February 23rd at 7:00 p.m. for parents/guardians, and students.  You can sit back at home on your computer or device and listen to the Claremont Admin & Counselling Team speak to a number of slides that highlight the many courses that make up the pathway to graduation for Grade 10, 11, and 12 students.

This “Live” event will be a first for Claremont, using this virtual format, and it is different from a TEAM’s or ZOOM meeting.  The only faces you will see in this event will be the presenters, unfortunately, those in attendance will not be heard, and if you have questions you will only be permitted to type your question.  Once you type in your question, only the Claremont Admin will see the question and will respond at the appropriate time during the “Live” presentation.  The reason for using “Live” is because we anticipate over 200 in attendance and this format will support a larger audience.

To join, follow the four steps:

  1. Hit the button on our Claremont website that says, Course Information Night - Join us LIVE, which you have done

  2. JOIN COURSE INFORMATION - LINK HERE

  3. Click where it says, “Watch on the Web.”

  4. Click where it says, “Join anonymously,” and you should be good to join.

Don’t worry, if you miss the “Live” event, a slide show will be linked to the website by Wed. Feb. 24th.
