The Claremont Catering Class took part in learning how to run a cider press with LifeCycles. The class learned about LifeCycles Fruit Tree Project, where volunteers harvest and distribute fruit that would otherwise go to waste to those in the community who will use it. The class pressed four boxes of apples for hot apple cider!
