Grade 9 Immunization Consents Home Today
by Christine Knapp - Tuesday, 11 January 2022, 10:12 AM

Recently immunization consent packages for grade 9 students were sent home from the school. If you have not already done so, discuss the information in the consent package with your child and include them in the decision to provide consent for immunization. This is an opportunity for adolescents to start making decisions about their own health. Please return the completed consent form to the school office in a sealed envelope as soon as possible or by January 17, 2022. Students in grade 9 will be offered immunizations in school-based clinics.

A grade 9 student can make an informed decision about immunization regardless of their parent/guardian/representative decision to consent or refuse immunization.
