CSI Rowing
The CSI rowers had a fantastic weekend at the Elk Lake Spring Regatta. It was great to have the chance to compete against the majority of the crews in BC that are the main competition from the West Coast for us at Nationals (Vancouver College, St. Georges, Brentwood, Shawnigan, SMUS). This regatta was 2000m long with beautiful water conditions all weekend.
Highlights from the weekend:
Junior Girls:
1st in the coxed four (four rowers, each rower has one oar);
2nd and 4th in the quad (four rowers, each rower has 2 oars);
1st, 5th and 7th in the double (2 rowers, each with 2 oars);
3rd in the single (Tegan Zecher!)
Junior Boys:
2nd and 8th in the single (Quinn McCoy, and Callum Dutchak)
5th for our Novice Boys racing against all ages.
Senior Girls:
