The 4th annual cc350 Bike Relay and Eco Fair was held at Claremont on Friday, May 10th. Many students and staff came out to the tracks on their spares and preps, to cheer on the bike relay and enjoy some music, local food, bake sale, environmental booths, and some sunshine. We had 10 teams, including a long-board team and a staff team, who rode 140km (350 laps) to raise money towards the installation of a green, safe bicycle compound for students and staff to store their bikes, skateboards, roller-blades, etc. We also had about 50 kids come from schools all over the district to present the Jellyfish Project on oceans and climate change.
