Clubs
Are you wondering which clubs Claremont has to offer?!? Then come to the Learning Commons THIS FRIDAY at lunch and check out our first ever, CLUBS SHOWCASE! See you there!
Best Buddies
One of those clubs is Best Buddies. This is a club that helps students with developmental delays make friends at school. Come support real inclusion for everyone. Best Buddies meets TODAY at lunch in room 215 (that is next door to the Career Centre). Everyone is welcome. To find out more, come to the meeting or see Mrs. Stetson in room 216.
Key Club
And, do you want to help out in the school and community!? Then Key Club is the place for you! Not only will you have a fun time with friends, but you'll also gain important volunteer hours which you need for graduation. Come to our info session on MONDAY at lunch in room 135!
Photo Day
Photo Day will be TOMORROW. All students need to have a photo taken for school purposes, whether or not you plan to buy a photo package. This includes grade 12's. Please remember to bring your photo order package with you to give to the photographer TOMORROW. If you still need an order form, you can pick one up at the office.
Head Shaving Fundraiser
Any students interested in participating in the head shaving pledge drive to raise funds for the Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock should attend a brief lunchtime meeting on FRIDAY in the big gym. See Mr. Ohl for more information.
Blood Drive
Attention students 17 or older! There is an urgent need for blood. Our next blood drive in is October. Please sign up to donate blood.
Sign Up begin MONDAY September 16th. Look for the sign-up table in the student lounge at lunch or see Mr. Spoor
Also, students are needed to help with the upcoming blood drive. Any students, grades 9 - 12, that would like to help with the blood drive....please see Mr. Spoor anytime in Room 134.

Grad Council
Attention Grads: Do you want to be on Grad Council? If you are interested in taking on a leadership role within your grad class, come to room 276 (the textiles room) at lunch TODAY!
ATHLETICS
Field Hockey
If you are interested in playing Field Hockey, there is a meeting TODAY at lunch in the big gym.
Cross Country team
It's not too late to join the cross country team. Practices are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays after school. Meet in Mr. Nelson's room after school (room 137)
