GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Night of Dance
The Night of Dance performances are next week on January 15 and 16 at 7pm. Get your tickets in advance. You can buy them in the dance studio and tickets are only $5 for Claremont students.

Victoria Royals Game
Do you want to go see a Victoria Royals Game for free? Enter to win two tickets for the Jan. 17th game at Save-On-Foods Arena.  The entry box is located outside the office windows and the draw will be next week on Wednesday.

Blood Drive
Attention students 17 or older:  Claremont is having another Blood Drive. This one is February 4th at school.  Look for the sign up sheet in the student lounge or see Mr Spoor.  You can save a life. Its as easy as rolling up your sleeve.  Also, volunteers are urgently needed to help with the blood drive. Please see Mr Spoor or Ms Chapman today if you are able to help.

Christmas Tree Chipping
Is your Christmas tree still at home?  The Key Club will be running their tree chipping fundraiser this weekend - January 11 & 12 from 10:00-4:00pm.  Trees will be accepted during those times in the student parking lot.  Suggested donation is $5 per tree, and proceeds will go to our sponsor child in Ghana.

Grad Photo Retakes
Grad Photo Retakes will take place next week on January 16 & 17 at Claremont.  On-line booking is now open.  Please go online to: lifetouch.ca/victoria    Scroll down at the bottom and select 'Claremont' , choose your appointment time, and make sure your read the full details about your photo session.

All Night Dry Grad
All parents are invited to attend the January “All Night Dry Grad” meeting this Tuesday, January 14th.  Please join the All Night Dry Grad committee at 7:00 pm in the Learning Commons.  The committee is looking for all kinds of volunteers to make the All Night Dry Grad a success for our graduating students.  Parents of all grades are welcome.

Thrifty Smile Cards
You can help support the All Night Dry Grad by loading up on groceries at Thrifty Foods.  Through their Smile Card program, Thrifty Foods donates a portion of sales to the All Night Dry Grad. Thrifty Smile Cards can be picked up in the office, and parents from all grades or family and friends can use these.
