Peer Tutors
This week, the Peer Tutors are starting a drop-in Math and Science help session at lunch on TUESDAYS and WEDNESDAYS in Mr. Belvedere's room 134 in the math wing. If you need some extra help, please drop in TODAY at lunch. We hope this will be an ongoing opportunity for students looking for extra help.
Lochside Reading Buddies
Just a reminder for Lochside reading buddies to please sign up for rides on Ms. Giese's counselling office door before you leave.
Youth for Change and Inclusion Camp
This is a reminder that applications are still available at the office for this year's Youth for Change and Inclusion Camp, May 7-10. Even if you haven't attended meetings, you can still apply to join us for an amazing 4 days of games, food, speakers and bonding. You can get more information about the camp from Ms. Gaudet, Ms G-C, or Ms Milne.

Track and Field
All students who are attending TODAY's track meet at UVic: please check in with Ms. Giese in the counselling office before leaving the school.
Boys Rugby
Congratulations to the boys rugby team! After successfully hosting Woodroffe High School from Ottawa last week, the boys are finishing the week with a record of 5-0-1. They defeated Stelly's yesterday in the season opening Senior league game by a score of 48-5.
Next up... there are senior and junior league games at St. Mike's on Thursday, and Scrum Fest here next Thursday and Friday. Go Spartans!

Any students interested in helping out a local neighbour and making some money at the same time, weeding their garden, please see Mrs. Pryer in the Career Centre for more details. Student must know the difference between a weed and a flower, and be hard-working and reliable. Hours are flexible and wage is negotiable.
