Students in the Trades Exploration Program (TEX) like Mike Hogan (above), finish up their Plumbing training by installing a cast iron drain pipe in a crawl space. Previously, the TEX students explored the Electrical and Welding trades and will end their program next month learning about the Carpentry trade. This is a great opportunity for students to explore the trades industry and potentially get a head start on their career, having their first year at Camosun paid for and becoming an apprentice.
