- were given details about next Thursday's story unit test (42 marks)
- Part A: Story Terms (10 marks) - 20 matching of terms to definitions
- Part B: Stories Studied in Class (12 marks) - short answer question on each story
- Part C: Sight Story (8 marks) - read a new story and answer 5 questions
- Part D: Literary Paragraph (12 marks) - write on a given topic, using story from Part C of the test
- were given a student sample of the literary paragraph (posted below)
- were given a handout with transitions and editing marks to use for editing paragraphs
- were given time in class for editing their literary paragraphs

You could continue editing your literary paragraph and prepare a good draft to hand in next week. However, the final deadline for the good draft won't be until after the Unit Test.
