GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Course Selection Forms
Reminder for all students:  The deadline for returning course selection forms is the end of TODAY (Friday).  Please bring them to the office.

TEX Applications Due
Just a reminder to any students interested in the Trades Exploration Program next year, to please submit your applications to Mr. Arsenault as soon as possible.

Math Contests
Any students who have signed up for the Pascal, Cayley or Fermat math contests must see Mr. Paananen sometime TODAY (Friday) in Room 133 to complete the contest form.

Spring Cafe
Warm up your vocals and tune your instruments, because the Claremont music department will be hosting the Spring Cafe on April 28th at 7:00 pm.  If you would like to perform, please talk to Mr. Clausen in the band room after Spring Break.

ATHLETICS
Rugby
Congratulations to all the members of the boys rugby program. The boys played very well in their first games yesterday versus Oak Bay.  Players, note that the jackets and bags have arrived. You can pick them up in the small gym TODAY (Friday) at lunch. 
The girls rugby team plays at Vic High THIS AFTERNOON (Friday) in their first matches of the season.

Intramurals
The next lunchtime intramural tournament will begin after Spring Break. There are 2 slots remaining in both the senior and junior Speedball tournament. Sign your team up on the sheet posted on the main gym doors.

Track & Field
There is an important Track & Field meeting TODAY (Friday) at the start of lunch in room 137.
New joiners are welcome and please make sure you receive a player package from Ms. Giese before you leave for Spring Break to qualify for competing in our first Meet on Wednesday after Spring Break. We will practice TODAY after school as well.

CAREER CENTRE
Encounters With Canada
Encounters With Canada is offering $125 off their Arts & Culture experience, which runs from March 29th - April 4th in Ottawa. This is an incredible opportunity! See Mrs. Pryer in the Career Centre for more details.

BC Cancer Agency Internship Opportunity
Are you currently in Grade 11 and interested in cancer research?  If you excel in science and have a passion for this field, then consider applying for an 8-week research internship this Summer with the the BC Cancer Agency. Two students will be selected from Claremont to apply and 4 students from Vancouver Island will be selected to participate in this incredible opportunity!  The deadline is March 9th! See Mrs. Pryer in the Career Centre for more details.

GRADUATION 2015
UVic Student-for-a-Day
Grade 12 students:  UVic has a great opportunity over Spring Break from March 16-20.  You can sign up for the Student-For-A-Day program. This includes attending a university lecture, having a tour, lunch, and meeting a grad advisor. See Mr Arsenault in the Career Centre for more information.
