Summer Session Courses
If you are planning to take a Summer Session course at Claremont, all application forms need to be submitted to the office by this THURSDAY June 11th. This is a great chance to get ahead in your courses.
Woodwork Project on Display
For this week only, the display cabinet outside the wood/metal shop is hosting a selection of woodwork done by students this semester. Please come by and see some of the wonderful work done by your fellow students.
The last meeting for Peer Tutors will be this WEDNESDAY at the start of lunch in room 134 (Mr. Belvedere's room). Thank you to all who have volunteered their time this year!
A skateboard was found last week. Please come to the office to claim it.

Track & Field
Congratulations to the Claremont Track & Field team for competing this past weekend at the Provincial Championships in Langley. A big congratulations to Elija de Hoog for placing 1st in the Junior Boys Triple Jump! Thank you to all members for a successful season and we will see you next year!
Summer Adventure Tourism Program
The Victoria School District has partnered with Westcoast Adventure College and is offering a Summer Adventure Tourism Program where you will earn 8 credits and gain wilderness first aid knowledge, navigation, leadership and communication skills, risk management, trip planning and survival skills. You will then participate in a 4 week work experience placement with a tourism-related company. Come to the Career Centre for more information and how to apply.
Work Experience Opportunity With Shaw Cable
Are you interested in a career in Camera Operator, Editing, Producing, Writing, Reporting, Hosting, Research or Audio? If so, you may want to apply for an incredible Work Experience opportunity this Summer with Shaw Cable! You will get 4 credits for WEX 12A during this 3-4 week placement. Only 1-2 students will be accepted. The deadline to apply is June 22nd. Go to the Career Centre for more information.
Grad Slide-Show Photos
