Twenty Pursuit of Excellence students had fun camping for two days on Sidney Island to complete the Adventurous Journey requirement of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Program. They hiked in the forest and along the sandy beach, participated in scavenger hunts and team games, and cooked some pretty gourmet meals on their camp stoves, all while trying to amass enough points for their team to win the coveted prize in the Sidney Island Survivor Contest. Way to go Spartans!
