Grade 9 Immunization Forms
Grades 9's – reminder to return your immunization forms to the office as soon as possible.

Imagining Possibilities Conference
Female-identified students 15 and over who are interested in the Imagining Possibilities Conference, full of inspiring workshops, taking place next THURSDAY Oct 26 should see Ms. Huber or Ms. Hoffman for details. There will be a registration meeting TODAY at lunch in Lab 225.

ScreamFest
This year Claremont is hosting the annual Halloween event, which has run for the last 2 years at ROMS. ScreamFest is an amazing event featuring a scary haunted walk, the famous Vortex Tunnel, lots of games and activities, music, food and prizes!  It will run over two nights: Thursday, Oct. 26th and Friday, Oct. 27th. (6:30-10:00pm both nights).  Tickets are $10 and will be on sale all this week in the accounting office.

CLUBS
Vex Robotics

The next meeting for the Vex Robotics Club will be TODAY at lunch in Room 133.

ATHLETICS
Sr Boys Volleyball

The Sr. Boys Volleyball team hosts Lambrick Park, Spectrum and Parkland TONIGHT in the big gym.  Warm-up starts at 5:30pm and the games start at 6pm.  Come out and support your Spartans!  If you are able to score-keep or line, please see Mr. Ryan in the PE office today.

Field Hockey
There will be a Field Hockey team meeting TODAY at lunch in the small gym.  We need to arrange rides to our game at UVic after school.  You will be dismissed from class at 2:20 pm for the game.

University Visit

A representative from Bishop's University, in Quebec, will be at Claremont TOMORROW (Thursday) at 8:30 a.m. in the Student Lounge. Please be sure to stop by for information on Bishop's U!

Grad Council Meeting

Reminder of the meeting TODAY at lunch in room 303 for all Grads. Important information re: Winter Formal, fundraising, grad wear, etc.

Grad Portraits
Grads: reminder to bring your sitting fee of $25 at the time of your photo appointment. The Lifetouch portable photo studio is parked out back of the school. Information brochures are available in the school office.

There will be a Vancouver trip for International students on November 15th.  Please pick up consent forms from Brenda.

Peninsula Youth Health Clinic – New Hours

Important: Hours have changed - The Peninsula Youth Health Clinic is now open every Thursday from 5-7pm. Walk in's are welcome, but if you are interested in booking an appointment or would like more info, call the clinic at 250-656-4114.  Location: at the Ocean Pier Medical Clinic, (#207-2537 Beacon Avenue in Sidney)   This clinic offers completely free and confidential service in the areas of physical, sexual, and mental health for youth.  This Youth Clinic offers a judgement-free zone for all youth and is an LGBTQ safe space.
