Picking up the Pieces: The Making of the Witness Blanket

Claremont is very lucky to be the very first school in the country to secure the screening of this film. The Witness Blanket is an art installation (now permanently housed at the Canadian Museum for Human Right in Winnipeg) that features actual physical pieces of every Residential School in Canada, collected and woven together by local artist Carey Newman. After the film there will be a short Q&A session with Carey Newman.
