12 Days of Christmas
Congrats Claremont!  We donated 1200 gifts to the Toys 4 Teens. Congrats to Mr. Quested's class for bringing in the most gifts!  And thank you to everyone who brought in donations.  You have made Christmas a lot brighter for many teens in our community.

Winter Café Auditions
If you enjoy playing music or singing and sharing your talents? The Claremont Music Department invites you to perform at our Winter Café next Wednesday December 18th!
Gather up a group or go solo and prepare a 2 to 5 minute performance, it doesn't have to be holiday related!  Auditions will be held TODAY and FRIDAY during lunch. The sign up sheet can be found on the band room door.

Business Dual Credit Courses
There will be an extremely urgent and important meeting TODAY at lunch in Room 234 (Mr. Bussoli's classroom) for all students currently enrolled or are interested in Business Dual Credit Courses through Camosun in Semester 2:  those courses are Business 140, Accounting 110 and Marketing 110 . Bring a pen as we will be completing the application process for these courses.  Bring your lunch and arrive promptly.

Computer Repair and Maintenance course
Are you interested in computers?  We are offering a dual credit course at Claremont that will get you secondary school credits as well as Camosun Credits.  A Computer Repair and Maintenance course will be available starting in February.  Space is limited to 4 students! Talk to Mr. Beeston or attend a lunch time meeting in the North Computer Lab  at 11:45 (lunch time) this FRIDAY!

Holiday Week
Next week we have a fun event planned for each day of the week!
Monday is Ugly Sweater Day. If the sweater is tacky, gaudy, flashy or silly, it is PERFECT!!
Tuesday: there is a fun lunchtime competition in the lounge.
Wednesday: wear a Santa Hat or Elf Ears.
Thursday: there is another lunchtime competition.
Friday is Spartan Day, so wear red, come for the Pancake Breakfast starting at 8:45, and enjoy the Staff Skits at the end of the day.
