GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Youth for Change and Inclusion
If you are interested in leadership and want to experience 4 days of eye-opening, life-changing events, you can apply to the Youth for Change and Inclusion camp at Camp Pringle in May.  Applications are available in the office or with any club sponsor.  For more information, check-out the website at ycicanada.org.

Tech Ed project pick up
For all students who were in woodworking, metal shop, and drafting classes in semester 1. please come pick up your projects.  Any projects that are not picked up will disposed of on THURSDAY Feb 20th.

TC 10K
If you can walk or run 10km, then you are eligible to participate in the 25th annual TC 10K which takes place on Sunday April 27th.   Please consider being a member of the Claremont Spartans TC 10K team...no experience necessary. This is open to all staff, students, and their families.  See Mr. Nelson in room 137 for more details.

Year Long Drama
The next Year-Long Drama play starts this week!  Twisted Tales of Terror plays this week from Feb 19-22 and next week from Feb 26-Mar 1.  Tickets are $7.50 and are available at the door.  This fun comedy is appropriate for all ages and isn't really that scary. It's actually funny!  Please come check it out at the Ridge Playhouse.

ATHLETICS
Track and Field
For all students interested in joining track and field, there is sign up meeting TODAY at the start of lunch in the small gym.  All students are welcome to join. Please see Ms. Giese in the counselling office if you can't attend.  Practices start soon!

Rugby
Rugby uniform distribution had been postponed and will start TOMORROW (Wednesday) at lunch in the store.  Details will be explained at practice TODAY.

Intramural Dodgeball
Intramural Dodgeball resumes TODAY at lunch in the big gym.  Players, please be on time and in strip!

CAREER CENTRE
Sailor for a Week Program!
Victoria's Royal Canadian Navy and the Naval Reserve is offering an exciting opportunity for students 16yrs and over to spend a week during Spring Break as a sailor!  This is not only a great experience for those interested in pursuing a career in the Navy or serving part-time in the reserves, but also for anyone wanting to develop leadership skills and self-confidence.  See Mrs. Pryer in the Career Centre for more information!  The application deadline is February 28th.
