Club Happiness
If you are interested in fun art and volunteering, you need to join Club Happiness.  We have an important meeting TODAY at lunch in the art room.  More members are welcome!

Muscial Events
Claremont music students have 2 special events happening next week:  
Come to the Claremont Winter Concert next WEDNESDAY at 7pm in the Ridge Theatre.  Come and listen to some music, eat some baked goods, and enjoy the sounds of Christmas with special guests from the Greater Victoria Concert Band.  
Or come to the Claremont Winter Cafe next THURSDAY at 7pm in the Learning Commons.
Come sit and enjoy the choir, jazz band and other solo musicians perform in a relaxed cafe setting.

Winter Cafe
Any students wishing to showcase their musical talents at the Winter Cafe next Thursday: come find Mrs. English to discuss the details.  Solos, small groups, and performance time before the talent show - are all reasons to come to the Cafe.

Claremont's Got Talent
If you want to perform in this year's Claremont's Got Talent, TODAY is the last day to sign up for auditions, which start on Monday. Sign-up sheets are posted on the theatre doors.

Photo Retakes
Photo retakes and student cards have arrived.  They are in the office for you to pick up.

Law 12 – The Decade's Most Explosive Trial
Come and witness the trial of Rachelle Kennedy as she is tried for the heinous murder of her own mother.  What would have made the anquished young woman possibly partake in the ghastly death of her own mother?  Watch it all unfold December 9th through 11th in block 2 in the Learning Commons.

Toys 4 Teens
Toys 4 Teens continues next week. Whose block 3 class will take the lead?  Go get your $10 gift cards this weekend and support teens in our community who unfortunately live in poverty.  There are so many ideas to choose from:  music, sporting goods, cosmetics, movies, coffee shops, books, clothing.... and the list goes on!  

Who Love Fudge?
The CSI rowing team will be selling delicious fudge treats outside of the big gym TODAY at lunch. There are lots of flavours to choose from and they are $3 each.  Come early, because quantities are limited.

Friday Night Lights
Friday Night Lights is TONIGHT at the UVic turf! Come out and support our CSI lacrosse boys and Kids Sport. You can buy tickets at lunch in the lounge or at UVic. Gates open at 6:30pm. Please park or ask for dropoffs in the stadium parking lot.  See you tonight...go Spartans!

Passport to Educaton
Lists of Passport to Education Recipients for 2013-2014 have been posted to the school website as well as in the Office, Learning Commons and Counselling area. Students can check the lists to see if they received one for last year. You have until December 12th to appeal if your name isn't on the list and you think you should have received one.  Passports are held by the school and given to students after they graduate.

International Winter Dance
There will be a Winter Dance for all International students at Stelly's School on Thursday Dec. 4th.  You must sign up by the end of TODAY.  Sign up outside Brenda's office.
