Well done to all of the groups who presented their skits for "The Veldt".
Just a reminder that your unit test for short stories will be on Friday. We will reviewing during tomorrow's class. The test will cover:
- the short stories that we have read in class
- "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty"
- "The Sea Devil"
- "The Uneasy Homecoming"
- "The Father"
- "Charles"
- "The Veldt"
- "Barney"
- the notes on parts of plot, point of view, character, conflict, and irony.
Also, please prepare your notebook. Refer to the marking rubric on page 6 of your notebook so that you can get full marks. I expect that all of your homework is complete and that all of your notes are up to date. If you were absent for any classes, be sure to go back and get copies of the notes and complete any missing homework. I will collect your notebooks on Friday.
