Bake Sale Today
Mr. Belvedere's block 4 class is hosting a bake sale TODAY to help raise money for the Vancouver Island Cancer Research Centre. The bake sale will be at lunch by the lounge. Bring your sweet tooth and some change to support this great cause.
IPod Drive
Please don't forget to bring in any gently used IPods for Broadmead Lodge. Key Club students will be in the lounge at lunch all this week to collect them.
Report Cards
Report Cards for term 1 will be handed out in House Block this FRIDAY Nov. 20.
Photo Retakes
Photo retakes and ID cards are still available for pickup in the office.

The start of Intramural Volleyball has been delayed due to the installation of the new sound system in the big gym. The gym should re-open TOMORROW and we will play our first matches then.

OSEF Educational Exchanges – Info Session Tonight
OSEF- ASBL is now accepting applications for the 2016/2017 exchange year. Consider living and going to school in France, Belgium or Spain to improve your language skills and learn all about a different country! One-month Summer programs are also available. University Information Visits This Week
UVic's Gustavson School Of Business will be visiting Claremont on WEDNESDAY Nov.18th at lunch in the Learning Commons.
University of Alberta will be visiting Claremont with a presentation on THURSDAY Nov. 19Th before classes from 8:30 – 9:00 in the Learning Commons.
TEAC 105 - Explorations in Technology
Open to any students in grades 10, 11 and 12, this course will teach you to identify careers in the 4 technology fields (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, and Computer Science).
The course runs on Fridays from 3-6 pm, starting Feb 26 - May 27, 2016, (no classes during Spring Break), at Camosun Interurban. **There are 18 seats available in a special focus group for GIRLS in Technologies. Students are responsible for a $39.41 application fee. Please visit the Career Centre for more information on this great course!
University of Waterloo – Grade 11 opportunity
Grade 11 students of exceptional potential are invited to apply for a unique trans-disciplinary program hosted by Waterloo Unlimited, March 14-18, 2016 (Spring Break ). From engineering and the environment, to science fiction and virtual reality, students will explore the theme of "Design" across disciplines. Attending lectures, seminars, and workshops on the University campus, they will join a community of like-minded high school peers from across Canada as they learn the Design Process and its application.
