Your
Objective:
Create a 3d drawing of a house using Google Sketchup and the
following tools: rectangle, push/pull, line, orbit, components, tape
measure, and material browser.
Your house should include:

A grey brick exterior

A shingled roof with a peak

A chimney with a small extension on the top

A door
-
3 Windows that you can see through
-
Shrubbery outside the front windows

A yard with grass
-
A large tree
-
A grey driveway
-
A grey sidewalk leading from the door to the driveway

A car parked on the driveway

A person outside the house (to show scale)
Details:

You will use Sketchup to create a house identical to the one below. You will be graded on how close your model comes to the model shown. Please see the grading rubric on the back for the specifics of what you will be graded on.

The house should have a base of 40' x 25'.

The roof line of the house should be 17' tall at the peak (top point).

Landscaping should be very similar to the example. For example, you must have a large tree, but it can be a different type.

Use very similar materials from the MATERIALS BROWSER.
